Richard established his home in Qualicum Beach in 1980 with his wife and their three children and continues to actively support the community. During his 29 years experience as a Realtor, Richard has been awarded the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's coveted Medallion Award many times. This is Richard's full time profession as well as his full time passion he just loves selling real estate!
In September, 2009, Richard received the RE/MAX Top 100 Western Canada Award for Outstanding Individual Performance on Completed Transactions.
