Richard established his home in Qualicum Beach in 1980 with his wife and their three children and continues to actively support the community. During his 29 years experience as a Realtor, Richard has been awarded the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's coveted Medallion Award many times. This is Richard's full time profession as well as his full time passion -- he just loves selling real estate!
In September, 2009, Richard received the RE/MAX Top 100 Western Canada Award for Outstanding Individual Performance on Completed Transactions.
